Biography

Coaching leaders and associates has been an integral part of my role as HR Leader. I have coached over 200 senior leaders in their career journey and succession to next level. This prompted me to go for my credentialing as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF. I started my coaching practice 3.5 years back and have coached over 50 mid to senior level executives. My clients are from multinational corporates in financial services, technology, engineering and media as well as from start-up enterprises, education and social sector.

I am an Executive and Life Coach, an Experienced HR Leader, an Entrepreneur, a Design Thinking Facilitator and a Visiting Faculty at some of the top B-Schools in India. I am an MBA from one of the top B-schools in India and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have over 20 years of experience working in pharmaceutical, technology, consulting and social impact sectors.

I love being a mother to my 6 year old and learning about life through her lens, with no filters.

I believe that each person has the power to be the best version of themselves. Through the different roles I play, I look at building connection with other human beings and work alongside to bring out the best in them, and that helps bring out the best in me.

I enjoy being amidst nature to connect with my own core and rejuvenate. Travelling (within my head and outside) helps me do this. An opportunity to eat delicious local food when travelling, is always a plus.
