Emma Walker

Walker&Co exists to ensure organizations meet their revenue goals. We are a consultancy and coaching practice which equips leaders, of all levels, with the right enablement and change management strategies, to ensure that the individuals on their teams have the knowledge, skills, and motivation to achieve sustained performance.

Prior to founding Walker&Co, Emma was Director of Enablement and Change at Wayflyer, an Irish unicorn providing growth financing to global eCommerce brands. She joined Wayflyer after leading Enablement for Salesforce’s EMEA’s business development organisation.

Emma is the former Managing Director, EMEA at Wachsman, a global professional services firm for emerging technologies, where she opened the agency’s first international office growing it to over 50 employees, supporting Wachsman to become one of the fastest growing PR agencies worldwide.

During her time in the blockchain industry, Emma was co-Founder of BlockW, a female-led association focused on creating awareness and inclusivity around blockchain technology.

Named “30 Under 30” by the Irish Independent in 2018 and “Up and Coming Under 30: the industry’s future leaders” by FinanceFeeds in 2016. In 2018, Emma won the Special Recognition Award at the Early Career Awards and was nominated for IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year under the Digital and Technology category. She’s been a speaker, panelist, moderator and pitch judge at European Tech conferences such as MoneyConf, Inspirefest.
