I’m a Career Coach & Mentor and the founder of Top of the Pile.
I help ambitious, highly-qualified expat and multilingual career professionals learn how to land fulfilling and rewarding jobs at big name companies, thriving start ups, and impactful non-profits where they are paid what they deserve, have room for career growth, and where their multi-cultural skills are put to their best use.
I’m Fatou, a former translator turned HR coordinator, now a multi-passionate entrepreneur with a thriving career coaching business since 2019 and an exciting new venture as an International Matchmaker, launched in 2023.
