My 17 year experience in running Global Transformation Projects for some of largest corporations in the world, has allowed me to gain insight in how to create a successful and well paid career.
My origins are humble. I started as a waitress in a small hotel in Kinsale, and I managed to grow my career to a six-figure salary. My goal is to use the experience and expertise I have gained to support others to achieve the same.
I had the privilege of building a career in some of the world’s largest multinationals, such as Amazon, Dell, and PepsiCo. I managed corporate initiatives such as Women’s Leadership Circles, Center of Excellence Initiatives, and Global Transformation Projects during that time. Finally, I led Global Project Teams, and I managed a large local team.
I also had the opportunity to lead a corporate Coaching and Mentoring Program to help others fine-tune and expand their skillset. The incredible results Coaching generated inspired me to study the Science of Coaching at a Master’s level at University College Cork.
