Gina Bulai

Gina has been a trainer since 2008. She attended the Faculty of Psychology, started working in HR, took a 4-year specialization in group psychotherapy, and later discovered training and her passion for lifelong learning. Since 2019, she is a coach in training, practicing the Solution Focused Coaching method. As a trainer, she has worked with companies from various industries such as banking, financial, IT, BPO, telecom, pharmaceutical, and medical. Since 2020, she is part of the internal HPDI team with a major role in content development, bidding, and improving delivery processes.

She has delivered training sessions in both Romanian and English. She approaches with the same confidence the classroom and the online environment, reinventing herself with each interaction.

The topics she approaches with pleasure in trainings are self-journey, personal development, emotional intelligence, storytelling, personal leadership, satisfying decisions, impact feedback, personal affirmation, teamwork, positive attitude, and adaptation to working in virtual teams.

She strongly believes that we all have the power to transform, choose our path in life, and grow. Her mission is to support those who want to achieve their potential.

Gina is a firm and warm person, constantly oriented towards improvement and help.
