I established Anu Change to help and support individuals and businesses to clarify and realise their personal and business ambitions.  Accredited as a Practitioner Coach (APC) International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring

Specialising in Leadership Development I’m qualified as an administrator to deliver ECR & ECR360 (Emotional Capital Report), working with organisations helping them to retain and manage talent and leadership development.  Focusing on helping leaders and potential leaders gain clarity and lead with confidence while deepening their understanding of themselves and how they impact their teams and the wider organization (DISC Profiling).  I Certify Coaches, HR Executive and Recruitment Consultants in DISC Personality Profiling.

With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, working in a variety of roles from Branch Manager, Project Manager and Sales Capability Manager, I have extensive experience working with micro enterprises, small and medium-sized (SMEs) business, start-up companies and owner-manager businesses.

Also provide a range of management services to business clients and I am approved Business Mentor, Coach and Certified Trainer for range of private and public support agencies including Department of Employment, Skillnet Ireland, Local Enterprise Offices (LEO’s).  Helping Businesses put strategies in place to help grow and scale their business.

I’m a member on Board of Directors of Credit Union, Member on Independent Evaluation Committee for Louth Leader Partnership, Member of Institute of Bankers, VP Dundalk Chamber of Commerce and Member of British Psychology Society.
